It looks to me like they made a mistake on the valid dates for the new EAD. That happened to me last year, I received my new EAD card and it was only good for 1.5 months.
I had to mail them the card and after a couple of calls and some headaches they sent me a new EAD card, this time valid for 2 years.

I have a question regarding Future Employment salary start date because my current salary is a little bit lower then the salary in PERM
and I-140.
I have approved PERM and I-140 with priority date in December 2005.
I'm going to apply 485 and probably EAD in July.
The future job salary in my approved PERM and I-140 is $30/hour
At present time I earn $29/hour.
When does my employer should start to pay $30/hour?
1) Before I submitted 485
2) After I submitted 485
3) After I submitted EAD
4) After I got EAD approval
5) After I got 485 approval
and I-140.

i 94 is for each person, so yes, your dad and mom have to have i 94 separately

If you have a copy of filled-up I-131, look at question 5 in part 3 in the 2nd page. That will tell you where the AP document will be sent.

It is always good to maintain L1A status. I think best way to apply your L1A extention under premium & family under normal. I think premium fee is only for primary application & not dependent. If anything goes wrong with I140, you will be ground zero on status. In that case, You may have to leave the country immediately.

The sharp and crisp look is the key here, IMHO, and the first shot has that advantage, despite having a slightly more washed out appearance. Of course, I suppose that it would be a fairly simple matter to make the first shot's contrast and saturation come closer to that of the second during RAW conversion.
